Jonathan from Massey provided excellent service at my quarterly pest control service today. He spent extra time addressing my areas of focus, provided crisp recap when finished, proactively made a few suggestions, patiently explained and educated me on several items - and - above and beyond, helped me cut down a broken tree limb that had protruded into the street (and near his truck). Very much appreciated his “old school” extra quality of service!
