I am almost as disappointed at MT as I am at myself!! I feel like an idiot! I paid $1,033 (parts only) for a Turbo 200 Universal Dual Capacitor ($62 from Amazon) and a 1/4 HP Outdoor Fan Motor ($142 at Sears). It was 95F outside and we needed it done quickly for personal reasons. But again, I feel like an idiot for trusting MT. Seth was our tech out Monday to look a leak in our kitchen sink drain. He was nice and polite and seemed knowledgeable and completed the task at hand. But my problem is the cost -$265 to install a kitchen sink basket. I was quoted $79 service call okay fine. Seth came out -the leak was apparent no great diagnosis there. That took a couple minutes and another 10 minutes to explain all the service plans we needed. So this kitchen basket could be purchased at Home Depot on the high end for about $40 on the high end. Charged $2600 to install a sump pump when our problem ended up being a leaking sewer pipe! Now they refuse to accept any responsibility for not finding the problem! I would NEVER do business with them again! And now I know it's a lot cheaper to have a professional plumber install a sump pump then what they charge!!!

I pulled a bad review down because MT said they would come out and see why there $2500.00 job didn't work. Basement flooded the very next rain ! Well they did nothing, said it was a clog. Yes it was ! Right in the new pipe they replaced incorrectly. Spent all day digging it all back up and replaced pipe all the way. You just spliced and replaced a piece. And guess where it was clogged? In your repair! Think you should have made it right ! Would Not recommend this company to anyone who expects any kind of warranty.
