From paperwork to turning the lock, we had an awesome home buying experience. Everything we had questions for or needed help, they had no issue finding us the answers. The only small issue was working around my available time with the loan officer and being able to contact them before closing. Also, the interest rate was not closed the day it was lowest we could have gotten it. Other than that, no issues.
Went above and beyond to get the loan to closing. Had been turned away by another lender late in the process, and Old Virginia Mortgage took care of me.
Matt was so helpful and patient during our first home buying experience! I would recommend to everyone! He was sure to call us and inform us of every step!
Great company!! Every question I had they were there to clarify and make sense of everything. If I ever try to buy another house I will definitely be calling OVM again.

I purchased a new home in May 2017. It's not the first home I've ever bought, but it was by far the easiest buying experience I have ever had! All of the staff was extremely help, responsive, and great to work with. The requested information needed for the loan was clearly outlined and easy to upload on a user-friendly site. They completed their part of the paperwork well ahead of the closing date. I would highly recommend Matt Beckwith, his company, and his team!!
