Over the entire loan process we were kept up to date on the progress of our home loan. During this process clear information was given to us which led to issues being resolved quickly and the over all process being finished in a timely manner.
For a first time home buyer, the OVM team did their best to make sure everything was as smooth of a purchase as possible.
I was looking to complete the home buying process in around a month and OVM was very receptive to working on an expedited timeline for my VA loan. They did a great job and fully explained the process. There were no surprises at the end of the road, and I was able to close in under four weeks.
Matt walked us through the process and explained everything in ways we understood. We went to him on a recommendation when our original lender could not get us a loan, and Matt got everything sorted for us within a week.
