Matt helped out a lot with me and my wife’s first joke purchase. He answered all the questions I had with no issue. Matt made my first home purchase painless.
Matt and his team were great to work with. Everything was clearly explained and transmitted to us via e-mail or phone call. Josh Hartman got us a fantastic rate, checking frequently to see if the rate went any lower (it didn’t). We closed on time and even unexpectedly received money back!
OVM came through with a great rate but had some bumps in the closing process. All ended up good and Matt came through with a good rate for us! Andrea was awesome and very thorough!
