Your organization's efforts to provide an end-to-end automated and self-serve model needs work. We were inundated with auto-generated emails, along with documents that were mailed to us via USPS, which caused us confusion. What's worse is the fact that we received email notifications from multiple and different sources regarding information requests. These requests did not come from your organization, but others that we had never heard about. Again, the cause of confusion.
Everyone was so pleasant and easy to deal with! I was dreading the need to submit multiple documents multiple times, thankfully that did not happen!
Matt and Teresa were amazing! They made it so easy for me and I'm a first time home buyer. I was very impressed on how they put you first and work with you to make sure you get your home. If I buy again I will go through them. I will tell everyone I know who is buying a home to go through them. Thank you again Matt and Teresa!!

Always personable and polite on the telephone or in emails with requests or answers to our questions/concerns. Was readily available to answer calls/emails in timely manner. Could tell that everyone we talked to was experienced and a subject matter expert in their craft(s). 100% satisfied with our decision to go with Mr. Belmont and his coworkers.
