They also got them a better rate and consulted initially on the best type of loan for their second purchase. I've said it before, but I have to say it again....Matt Sheffey and his team are the BEST!! As a Realtor, they are my go-to lender for so many reasons!! Once again, they came in and rescued one of my buyers who was pre-qualified through another lender who was not forthcoming about their lender fees and costs to my buyers.
