I don't know to much about computer, but Mr, Shipley guided me step by step ,so I was able to finished the paperworks, He needed many copies of paperwork from me, and I mailed it by register mail, and that cost $10.0 - $15.00 every time. He realized about it and he used return envelope for me. I appreciated his thoughtfulness.
