Matthew answered any questions we had promptly.
Matthew was very responsive and always mad we time answer any questions we had. There were frequent check ins as well throughout the process.
The friendly, knowledgeable,great communication, patience with answering my many questions, explained things is layman terms when needed and timely response to calls and email correspondence.
Mr. Delk was very professional. Since we are currently overseas, there is a significant time difference. Mr. Delk took that into account while communicating with my husband and I. He made himself available in order to accommodate us.
