Matt and his associate Karla Riffert were always great at communicating things in advance with me. It was always timely and correct information. This was a big difference from my sales contact, Rodregus who almost always gave me incorrect information (when I received any from Rodregus at all). Also Matt helped come through in a pinch when I did not want to unnecessarily delay my closing for a week due to some snafu with the construction office. Matt was great to work with!
