Our experience with AMCAP was an extremely great one, thanks to our contact Lydia! She was beyond amazing and attentive towards us! Home buying is a lot and there is so much to do and follow but Lydia broke it down in a way we never felt overwhelmed. Anytime I had a question or concern Lydia got back to me right away with an answer or a deadline for my answer. All went well till closing. No keys were given and the person we spoke to was of no assistance. Satellite office in the Woodlands agreed we were lied to about the keys and they showed up there. Not completely pleased with AmCap but the lesser of two evils at this point and time
