Great communication and response times!
Matthew is an EXCELLENT communicator. Towards the end when we were trying to close, we were having a lot of difficulty with closing on time (after our closing date and time had been delayed and miscommunicated multiple times due to poor communication from our builder), Matt was extremely on top of closing the loop and doing everything he could from his end to make sure we were able to close at the time we all agreed upon. Matt was always in constant communication with me. He took his time explaining every detail regarding any questions I had. Also has a great team around him, that was always available in the event Matt was not. 10/10
Mr. Howe And team made themselves available to my wife and I to answer any questions that we had. The communication was excellent. We feel that they went above and beyond and worked very hard. Mr. Howe, Kristina Zinda and team never quit. They brainstormed and solved any issues we had and got us to close on our new home. We appreciate their effort!

My husband and I built a new home on our property and we had complications with other buildings being on the property and Mr. Howe and his team worked tirelessly through all of the major roadblocks we hit to bring us to close on our home last week. They never gave up brainstorming to solve our problems that would arise. They tried to make things as easy as possible on us. We are very grateful for their help and expertise.
