Matthew is an EXCELLENT communicator. Towards the end when we were trying to close, we were having a lot of difficulty with closing on time (after our closing date and time had been delayed and miscommunicated multiple times due to poor communication from our builder), Matt was extremely on top of closing the loop and doing everything he could from his end to make sure we were able to close at the time we all agreed upon. My husband and I built a new home on our property and we had complications with other buildings being on the property and Mr. Howe and his team worked tirelessly through all of the major roadblocks we hit to bring us to close on our home last week.
