Matt and his team were so great to work with. We’d been house hunting/making offers for about 2-3 years. I can say that working with Guaranteed Rate has been way better than I ever expected. They are quick and organized and clear from the beginning. Words can’t express how good Matt and his team are they went above and beyond worked with me for over 6 months on a unexpected short sale. We weren't sure what to expect with this process during a pandemic. Though we never met Matt in person, from our first call - which I believe he fielded at 7PM on a Friday night to help us get pre-approved, through the last signature, Matt was always available to us. He helped to guide us through the process of buying a home essentially virtually with ease. We much appreciate him and his team and would highly recommend!
