Matt is smart, personable, knowledgeable, resourceful, prompt and dependable. But I think the quality I valued most in Matt is that he is transparent. We knew exactly what we were getting into. Matthew and his team walked us through our mortgage refinancing in a way that was easy and simple to understand.
