Matt was INCREDIBLE during our home buying process. He worked miracles with our unique situation when others told us that it simply couldn’t be done. Matt Mercer is very responsive and personable. He is also very knowledgeable. I was most impressed by how communicative he was and how quickly he responded to my questions and concerns. Matt helped me on a second refinance, and my first (not with him) was a very different experience—-couldn’t get in touch with people, left messages, never heard back. Matt promised me that would not be the case with him and made good on his promise. He was straightforward and streamlined. Overall fantastic experience.
