Simply put, Matt is a great guy. For a first homebuying experience, communication was imperative for me as i was coming into this ignorant on a lot of the processes. Matt went above and beyond to always be available, explain things in depth, remind me of what i needed to do on my end, and just make sure that i was comfortable throughout the entire process.
