As a first time home buyer, This team my whole experience nice and easy.
Better communication amongst Matt and myself. It seems the preferred method of communication nowadays is email. With this being a new experience for me, I felt like I needed more clarity. Also, the underwriter I felt made things somewhat complicated. Some of his/her request were unreasonable, for instance, my monthly child support. In the end, Sarah and Matt made this happen for me and my family, therefore I'm truly greatful for their hard work in helping me to accomplish my goal. Thank You both
