My experience was great because all communication and documentation was electronic which made it easy and convenient during the loan process. Documents were signed electronically and I could upload my documents on the secure website. So easy! And also my phone calls were answered quickly as well when needed. Overall an easy and comfortable experience.
Matt and his team worked very hard to make sure our transaction closed on time and with out any hiccups. Very responsive to our needs. They could have even closed this transaction faster than we needed them too. They are great.
