Maureen has been extremely helpful during the whole of my house buying process. She was always available to answer any questions and explain when any new documents or papers needed to be reviewed. She went beyond her role and found a contact when I needed a survey to be done for my peace of mind within few hours. I cannot stress how smooth and easy the whole loan process was just because of I had Maureen as my lender.
Maureen & her team were super helpful and responsive. Constant feedback, updates, reminders, etc. She had many useful suggestions throughout the process. Things I would not have thought about. You could tell the she understands the lending business inside and out. Also, the digital signage of forms was super helpful and efficient. Definitely the Best lending experience I have had!

Maureen was a fantastic lender, I can't say enough positive things about her and the Guaranteed Rate team. Maureen was absolutely amazing she answered every question I had during my home buying. She was very thorough I never felt like a bother.
