I highly did not want to refinance because of the stress and pain but I knew I needed to. Besides all the paper work that is inevitable, this process with Maureen was a breeze! I lowered my rate by almost 1.5 percent, knocked 3 years off my currant mortgage and even still had a lower monthly payment!!
