Yesterday my wife went into the shop to have a passport photo taken for a passport renewal, She was delighted to learn the whole passport renewal could be done there and then . Eden was extremely helpful and patient today. I came in to have passport photos of my child who was struggling to stay calm. Eden made sure not to rush her and made her feel more comfortable by talking to her nicely and showing her how quick it would be. Such a lovely atmosphere. He is truly a star. Thankyou so much

I visited today and needed some photos of my daughters wedding printed off Kenny came over to help me he adjusted them on the screen and then advised me on a wonderful tool which removed some elements of the photo I didn’t want. The end result is fantastic I also spotted him helping another customer at the same time he remained pleasant and cheerful. Thanks Kenny
