Your guy was so helpful in re-sizing a photo for me and finding a suitable frame. Excellent service. Nothing was too much trouble.

Me and my friend came into the branch in Martlesham Tesco. We were served by Eden and Stewart and they were excellent helpful knowledgeable and so friendly and funny. We ended up buying 4 frames and prints which they happily put into the frames for us. I would give more stars if I could. We don’t normally shop here as the previous few times we were there the tall dark haired guy was unhelpful miserable and abrupt and rude as if he didn’t want to be there. I think he should take a leaf out of these 2 guys book.
Business response:
We are delighted to hear Eden and Stewart made your visit so enjoyable. We appreciate your honest feedback and will ensure it reaches the right people.
