Me and my friend came into the branch in Martlesham Tesco. We were served by Eden and Stewart and they were excellent helpful knowledgeable and so friendly and funny. We ended up buying 4 frames and prints which they happily put into the frames for us. I would give more stars if I could. We don’t normally shop here as the previous few times we were there the tall dark haired guy was unhelpful miserable and abrupt and rude as if he didn’t want to be there. I think he should take a leaf out of these 2 guys book.

Gina at Martlesham was lovely and polite and helped me with the kiosk connecting to my phone. At the till, I loved that there was a little sign that explained a little more about Gina including her hobbies, i felt that was a really nice touch.

The young lady was so patient and helpful. As someone who struggles with technology the stress was taken away. She discussed in detail what I wanted and talked me through each step while standing at my side. Excellent up-selling too as she talked about different products for my needs. I only went in for a small photo but came away with a photo block and a keyring. The gift made my daughter cry! Will be returning for larger purchases.

I was treated with the utmost courtesy and kindness when I asked how to go about creating a canvas for a gift at Tesco Martlesham Extra. I was served by Stewart who was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He then went on to make me a beautiful picture canvas in super quick time. I was extremely impressed and would definitely use this service again and recommend it to others.
