Colchester Store - I reluctantly visited the store 18/12/26 after a stressful visit to the same store on 17/12/26 where I ended up leaving without what I needed. However this time I was served by Shauna who went above and beyond to help me and I left having a great customer experience and everything I needed printed in time for christmas.
