The assistant I believe was named Sami she put us at ease as soon as we entered shop with a lovely smile so we knew straight away she was approachable we explained we were wanting to do a print off machine but didn’t know how Sami took us through the process explaining everything to us so helpful it was a lovely experience to have someone to take their time with us we ended up with perfect prints so a big ty to a great assistant she’s a credit to the company

Both Sami and Emma were fantastic. Their customer service was amazing, they were extremely helpful, polite and the service was amazing. Walked in at 1245 this afternoon asking for a canvass of my favourite picture from my wedding, and received a phone call no more than 10 mins after leaving the shop to say that it would be ready in an hour.
