I have been in this shop to renew our passports a long time ago and pleased to find the staff are still as cheerful and helpful. I wanted a photograph printing off my phone and Sib very kindly did it for me…. we had a chat too about Mr Timpson who founded the company and Sib was telling me how generous and kind he was, so lovely to hear. The shop was busy when I first went in but it didn’t stop Sib and Sami from being professional and “ Happy” doing their job. Thank you
