Colchester Store - I reluctantly visited the store 18/12/26 after a stressful visit to the same store on 17/12/26 where I ended up leaving without what I needed. However this time I was served by Shauna who went above and beyond to help me and I left having a great customer experience and everything I needed printed in time for christmas. My so. Needed photos for an American visa. We didn’t even realise they had to be a specific size, different to a uk passport. Sami took the photo made the correct selection of size and cut them for us. Also an online photo was sent via email. She was swift professional and super friendly even at this busy time of year.
