Staff were really helpful. Supported me to print a document wirelessly which had been difficult. I visited 4/5 places before this store. My battery then died and I was left unable to pay without walking back to my car which was some distance away. Staff located me a charging lead which i was able to plug in to enable my phone to come on so that I could pay. Really appreciate staff members going the extra mile to support in challenging circumstances.

Charlene was extremely helpful in taking my children's photos in their school uniform after they missed the ones in school. She was very patient with my sen son who needed a good few photos taken to get a perfect shot. The pictures are great and I'm very happy we didn't have to miss these important memories. Thanks

Charlene the shop manager did a fantastic job with the laser engraving to personalise a silver christening gift we brought from somewhere else. We had a photo of a silhouette image with text on our phone as the design - Charlene scanned it in no problem from our phone and positioned it perfectly on our item. Super quick service (done whilst we shopped in town so we could pickup within the hour). Friendly staff and really good value price for the work done - many thanks.

Both Kelly and Charlene were very helpful as I was trying to get a photo block. They couldn’t do enough to help and advised me on different styles I could choose. They even corrected a mistake I made when I printed out a photo. Thank you very much!
