Charlene could of been more helpful.I wanted to renew my passport and Charlene went through the process with me step by step made more complicated by the fact I had an Irish passport as well which she had to photocopy.Excellent service, would recommend that branch of Max Spielman to anyone.

We are delighted to hear our team was helpful and professional. Thank you for your kind words!
The customer service is excellent, whether it be from the manager or colleagues, such as two ladies with glasses, (one manager I think) over at the Oldham store in town! There is always, a member of staff named-Kelly, who is so bright, kind and has wonderful character and customer service. I hope Kelly enjoys her job, and continues gets treated amazingly alongside the rest of the staff!<3
