I visited Max Spielmann at Killingworth Shopping Centre today to print passport-size photos using images from my phone. I’ve done this before at the same shop and was previously charged half price since the photos were already taken and only required printing. However, this time I was charged a ridiculous £44.97 for 4 sets of prints (3 photos), even though I didn’t use the in-store photography service. I did my passport with them on a Thursday evening, the girl was really helpful,i was told the old passport would be sent 1st thing on Friday morning, i paid extra for the tracked postage, i went in on monday as it was showing it hadn’t been received, the said it was sent in n Monday morning, rang on Wednesday to double as still showing as not received, spoke to the girl who rang them and said it hadn’t been sent until Tuesday! Why change for a service that you aren’t providing!
Visited this place just adjoining killing worth shopping centre. Had a canvas which I needed a nice frame for. Assistant was very helpful took time in-between serving to view various frames with me. Found a one now waiting pick up which this weekend. Paid small deposit to secure frame. Pay the rest when I pick it up. For daughters birthday present so hoping she likes it.
