Went to see Niamh to get some passport photos done, did a great job, great service, really friendly and easy to talk to. A pleasure to visit the store today!

I visited the Killingworth branch at 5.15pm, aware I was cutting it fine for closing time, half expecting to be turned away, as I needed 9 pages of documents printed off. Niamh couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful, showing me how to use the printer from my phone. Then when we encouraged a problem, she was able to troubleshoot and find a solution quickly. I left happily with all my documents. Excellent customer service fr Niamh! Thank you
