Went to see Niamh to get some passport photos done, did a great job, great service, really friendly and easy to talk to. A pleasure to visit the store today!

Thank you immensely for highlighting Niamh's great service! We're pleased you had such a friendly experience with your passport photos.
I visited the Killingworth branch at 5.15pm, aware I was cutting it fine for closing time, half expecting to be turned away, as I needed 9 pages of documents printed off. Niamh couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful, showing me how to use the printer from my phone. Then when we encouraged a problem, she was able to troubleshoot and find a solution quickly. I left happily with all my documents. Excellent customer service fr Niamh! Thank you
Business response:
Thank you for your fantastic feedback! We’re thrilled Niamh at our Killingworth branch could provide such welcoming, helpful, and efficient service, ensuring all your documents were printed successfully. We really appreciate you sharing your experience!
