Popped into the Sherborne shop to get some heels done, jokingly said my car park runs out in an hour, sure enough shoes were done within the hour. Great service.

Julian is an absolute legend. Was told my boot zip needed replacing, took it to Timpson Sherborne. 5 minutes and it was fixed, and to top it off, just a donation in the charity box, will take all of my work here in future.
I am not normally one to complain or leave reviews, however I feel I have to for this. Julian is incredible. The first time I went to the Sherborne shop was because in Yeovil Tesco was told my shoe was unrepairable, tried the other shop and frankly the guy there was very rude, Julian took the time to explain why the shoe was not really repairable but said he would try if I wanted him too. Decided against it anyway, but this time went in to get some shoes glued and it was done whilst I waited and at no charge, I thought this ... read more
