I popped into Max Spielmann to get passport photos done for my kids, and honestly the whole experience was so much better than I expected thanks to one of your staff members. She was really lovely, super patient, friendly, and great with the kids. Getting little ones to sit still for photos isn’t easy, but she made it fun and kept them relaxed the whole time. My fiance & I had a wonderful experience with Gary yesterday in Asda Chesser Edinburgh. We were looking to get a printout of our wedding invites and honestly Gary was just fab. Welcoming, approachable and just willing to go that extra mile. It was cold yesterday, his shop is just at the front door so a heater for Gary would be brilliant.
