They REFUSED to let my dog board there after confirming with them he was good to come prior to dropping him off. Was told they needed updated vaccination record when I got there today trying to drop him off. First I had heard of this. This left me to scramble for other options since I was heading out of town. I will NEVER bring my dog back and would not recommend boarding your dog at Camp May!

We couldn’t get records because our Vet was closed. When asked “Why weren’t we informed you needed records?” The response was, “I’m not sure, we’ve had different people in and out”. Also said vet was at lunch and vet tech was dealing with a “personal issue” and couldn’t speak with us. UNACCEPTABLE!! It’s a sad day when you punish... read more
