No one showed up or called between that time-window, I received a call around 6pm asking if someone could FaceTime me to complete a virtual evaluation. No service by the plumber(?) and horrible and offensive customer service from the representative at C Mayes Plumbing. FIRST WARNING SIGN!! The plumber knew the problem was a kitchen sink stoppage and did not come with the proper equipment. Started snaking the drain and then said he could not finish because he needed a longer snake, which he did not have with him. EXCUSE ME!!? I was assigned C Mayes Plumbing through my home warranty company, ******************** (***) to fix a pipe that's leaking in my wall. The moment I placed my service request, it told me C Mayes Plumbing was assigned to it and I should hear from them shortly. I received a call at 4:50 pm from C Mayes Plumbing and I answered to silence.
