Verified Renter I love the location of Mayfaire flats - the surrounding area has so much to offer from shops, dining, fitness, and more! The grounds here are also kept extremely clean, I appreciate that. The leasing staff are so kind and helpful!
Verified Renter We need some property upgrades. A pet wash station, benches around the property, the hallways are looking very worn, walls and carpets show major age. Dog park only has one seat and constant holes in the ground… Maybe its time for turf? Overall i love living here, great staff nice neighbors with exception of rule breakers. Friendly community. Good location.

Verified Renter The location of the property is wonderful. The area is very quiet and close to lots of shops and the beach. The staff is really great. Somethings are out of their control but they go over and beyond trying to resolve any issue.

Everything is clean and well taken care of. Having two pools is nice! I love that I can have my biked locked in the bike locker and not worry about it braving the elements.
