Verified Renter The apartment is in a great location to restraunts and the beach. The amenities are amazing. It is very dog friendly. The parking can be tricky with visitors.

Verified Renter I’m very happy here as evidenced by the fact that I’ve lived here for over 4 years. We have a great staff who couldn’t be nicer or more helpful. There some improvements needed like the dirty hall floors and maybe one day corporate will paint them, but I like it here and intend to renew.

Not helpful or kind in the leasing process I was very dissatisfied with the leasing center employees and process. They made my last 30 days, of my 3 month lease, and my move out process an absolute nightmare. I feel some of this company’s lease language and process is borderline dishonest and misleading.

Love it! New to the community but I am pleased so far! The amenities are great, convenient to shopping and restaurants, and the ocean! Madison and Kaitlyn are great!!

Renters Beware. Horrific office staff. Nightmare to deal with, they seemingly go out of their way to make your life harder. Would recommend almost anywhere else other than here solely based on the staff.
