Verified Renter Very nice complex. Dog park is non existent. 90% of dog owners don’t pick up their pets waste. Location is fantastic and everything is within 10 mins.

Verified Renter Overall it has been a good experience living at the Flats. Friendly neighbors and excellent maintenance team. The downside is there are a few tenants that smoke both on the premises and in the units. You can hear noise from connecting units but that is typical with apartment living. I have been fortunate enough to have neighbors who comply with quiet hours compliance.

Verified Renter Been only a short time and we love it, great area, nice people and lovely surroundings. We love our apartment, such a great lay out and a nice view. The dogs love the walks in the area and our cat love to watch the action off the balconies.

Verified Renter So far so good. Great place, friendly staff and residents. Quiet community. My wife and I love our apartment. It’s very spacious and a ton of natural light. Added bonuses are the pool, gym, grills and pool table for entertainment.
