I am not sure its KB Home Mortgage company or Mayra and Holly who did not have it together. Both seemed like new to their responsibilities. There should be a checklist of requirement There was constant ask for docs (I understand that part) without any explanation the need for them. There was no heads up for what to expect. I was on phone for hours with credit card companies with Credco rep. In this age of technology, KB Homes should have better way to verify than be on the phone for hours.
