Mayra, was very prompt in replying any queries that I may have had, throught the loan process. She also went above and beyond her duties to provide additional documentation that was requested from other lenders that were working on different properties for me. I really appreciate Mayra's help & expertise in her knowledge areas of loan processing. She is a great assett to Kb homes.
I changed lenders within 60 days of closing, because I felt at the time my previous lender closing cost were overpriced based on speaking with three different friends, family members and my mentors. They all suggested I shop around so I reach out to Mayra who initially reach out to me but due to my loyalty I declined her offer, then I rushed back in and She is Amazing... I honestly feel like she is a miracle worker an Angel in disguise!!! Words can't express how happy and grateful I am to her!
