Brake pads The service department did a fine job within the time frame and estimate given, and the waiting area was comfortable and well supplied. this survey however demands 25 words before it will accept my review.
I went in for an oil change and left without my GPS system. Not sure what happened but I had the navigation system before the oil change and didn't have it coming home from the oil change. I'd like it back especially with the hands-free driving law out now.
Very Professional Very happy with our CX-5, coming from an X3, both from Premier and excellent service at both facilities. No issues and always treated very nicely. Had an issue on the CX-5 and was very impressed with Alex Bates as to how he handled a very difficult intermittent problem.

My best new car purchase experience ever. Kevin Sanders, our salesman, was extremely knowledgeable about the product, a 2020 Mazda CX-5.
