Quick and profesional Everything went smoothly with my Mazda purchase, despite the ongoing covid-19 challenges. Service was exceptional: personable, fast and efficient. Although I was expecting Alex Bates, who was great in service before and disappointed he was no longer there, Zachary Parsons, the new service client Advisor, was awsome too.

Despite being temporary displaced for construction and functioning through a pandemic, this dealership was still great to work with. The staff is very upfront and honest about quality and pricing which is refreshing. Mike in particular was incredibly helpful, easy to reach, as well as respectful and patient with me as a young person new to leasing. I love the car itself, but the positive experience from the dealership played a large role in my decision to lease here.

Very clean. Quick to diagnose problems. Overly communicated delays. Remained open during COVID 19. Although I didn’t need a loaner, I have been provided one during service.

Maintainence and state insp. sticker. Taken in immediately upon arrival to a resonably spaced waiting area. Very pleasant service attendant, who came out to give update on timing. It took a little longer than I anticipated due to people ahead having State inspections as well.
