Justin was great! While Justin Halstead is new to Premier Mazda, he went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. Justin is personable and took the time with me and answered all my questions with thoroughness and great competency regarding the 2015 Honda Accord I ultimately purchased. Mark was great to deal with as was the finance Dept. Car purchase made comfortable. Mark helped get through problems w/ USAA and did a thorough job explaining the options on my vehicle. Service put on plate holders at no charge which I appreciate. I don't recall the financial person's name but she did a great job as well.
First time that I ever bought a new car over the phone! I had a great experience with this dealership, I didn't have to haggle to get the discounts offered, and they delivered the car right to my door the following day, 175 miles away! Every person that I dealt with was very courteous and polite. It was a a brief but productive transaction.
