I always have excellent service at Mazda if Claremont. Their employees go out of their way to make the customer happy. I am very happy with Mazda of Claremont.

Great friendly staff! We worked with Arsen the fleet manager and Hernan Abreo from JRO Auto Broker who made the experience great. They had a large selection of Mazda’s and had the MX 5 model we wanted. The whole Process was easy and painless! No pressure and no haggling back and forth. We were able to get the car from start to driving off the lot in about 2- 21/2 hours.

Good customer service; listens and acts on customer’s concerns. Given the abnormal situation I had with my car a day prior I was pleasantly surprised to be accommodated the next day without prior appointment.
