My experience at this dealership was great. I really appreciated the detailed video of my vehicle. I have had service at other dealerships where the video feature was utilized, but they were not as thorough as the service video provided here at the Mazda of Claremont. I definitely plan to return!

Friendly service and the oil change was reasonable price ($110). I had an appointment at 11:30, brought car at 11:15 and still waited two hours for an oil change. I felt like my appointment was for nothing. Fortunately the waiting area was very comfortable but I still would have appreciated a faster turn around. Was it because the technicians were on lunch?
