Dr west failed to educate me on the medication my cat had to take. She didn't tell me there would be major side effects other than dizziness. Never told me that the drug my cat would be taking would foam from her mouth or cause fatigue and diarrhea. I wish she would have been more helpful.

This morning vaccines that were done in October were repeated today. When I tried to explain it to them, they weren’t interested in looking at my record from last month to see what I was talking about. They gave a 2nd rabies vaccine after I told them they already had a rabies vaccine this year. If they needed additional paperwork, they could have said so and I could take it to them. So they will have a different Dr. at another practice.
The absolute WORST experience I have ever had with a vet. My dog had surgery and we are still waiting on results because the vet who did the surgery is not in the office and apparently no other vet can give us this information. I have called on this twice now in the over two weeks since the surgery still waiting on these results. The office staff have been rude and unprofessional each time I have called by dismissing my concerns. So glad they care about my dog and her health. Will never be coming back to this practice.

I am sorry for the delay with you results. The results came back to us on Thursday and the doctor who performed the procedure was off on Friday. We do not intentionally hold the results, but want great continuity of care and prefer that the doctor who performed the procedure continue with the case. I am very disappointed after my visit to McAbee today for a follow up appointment for a shot a had already paid for in full. I paid for a 2 series vaccine in full. I was not told about the max timeframe the second sort needed to be given in. Knowing it had been some time since our visit and we were likely due for this 2nd vaccination but were unable to get there sooner due to family matters, I called to speak to them and find out what needed to be done. Dr jones is very good with my dog but overpriced clinic. If you need a health cert go elsewhere. Charged $150 to fill out some papers and take the dogs temp plus a $54 office visit. These services can be obtained elsewhere for $10 plus an office visit. This ridiculous overcharging has caused me to take my two dogs and cat to another clinic
