So callous. They actually stated "you can just get another cat". That's so unprofessional, imagine if your doctor said that about your family member (human).
Beware. Unprofessional . Paid $1200 for tooth extraction and cleaning. I was Quoted 200$ for teeth extraction for 2 dogs. Bill was 480$... I questioned this several times, I was told it was a lot of teeth... They ACCIDENTALLY double charged me for pre surgical blood work, it was removed when I pointed it out... The best part is when I said I would like to speak to the Dr because I had questions. They first said " no problem, Dr. Kelly will be right with you. shame on you for holding those ashes and then to be rude and disrespectful and not returning calls is the sign that you are not professional people. Customer service is the foundation of any business. No Vet is that busy that they can't return a call to a loyal client. Really?
I realize Punkin's momma might owe you money, but haven't you ever heard of that old business idea "Good Will?" That little dog might've been all the woman has in the world. And now she doesn't have that. Imagine what this is going to cost you in negative publicity. I hope everyone goes to Google and writes these same type of comments about you. You deserve it.
