Lisa went to bat for us to get our seller to agree to most of our terms to get us a super fast closing. I really don't think we could have gotten it done on time if anyone else did the grunt work.

I definitely recommend Lisa Mcateer and Carl Will who are an excellent team. I was surprised when the contract was for only six months,but they actually found a buyer within that time frame. Lisa has great energy and enthusiasm and was always available by text or phone to discuss any house issues I had. Lisa and her team are quite unlike other realtors in the area, they answer the phone and return inquiries promptly. She is bubbly and outgoing and genuinely enthused about her job.
