Lisa and Carl were very professional and “down to earth” in guiding us through the sale of our home. Our home was previously listed with another realtor who never had one showing. Based on the guidance and expertise of Lisa and Carl we made some minor changes, after which they showcased our home and we had over a dozen showings in two weeks. Our home has now been sold. Justine was great. We had specific ideas of what we wanted which evolved a bit as we saw more houses and she was right with us through the changes and through the Covid time out. She was very patient with us, drove many miles, and showed us a lot of houses until we found the one that is now home.

We are so happy with our realtor, Carl Will! In addition to being a genuinely nice guy, Carl knew the local area well and provided us with good insight about the different lakes - exactly what we wanted. He always responded to our texts, emails, phone calls and kept us calm as we closed on our dream house during covid 19 (which erupted after our offer was accepted.). Carl’s negotiation skills were excellent and we got our home for the price we wanted. We are very happy to recommend Carl and Lisa - they make a great team!
