contacted them in response to a listing. Agent took my number but never called, then REPORTED ME to Zillow for being “unresponsive”! Ewww why? what is wrong with them? If they can’t even handle initial contact without reporting the consumer for their fault, can’t imagine how they handle any issues. Buyer beware. Wish there was a way to leave zero stars.

If your looking to lose money, than this is the Realtor company to deal with. I in good faith gave a deposit for a home. The deal went sour over negotiation. I signed a letter of termination on 11/20. Today is 12/12 almost a month and no one can tell me when my deposit will be returned. Sure everyone is friendly but it’s all about the money. Dear Michael Segreto, As you know our team went above and beyond to get your deposit check back from the selling broker when you decided to back out of the deal. The selling broker admitted they mailed the check to the wrong address. This was completely out of our control. Once this was discovered, a new check was mailed to you and the selling broker apologized and took full responsibility.
