June 19, 2020 This is our second experience with McCartney Flooring. From start to finish, everyone we dealt with were professional and helpful. Our installers were here this morning; they arrived before the scheduled time, did their work efficiently, and cleaned up after themselves when they had finished. We love our new carpet and LVT floors! When there were a few minor problems with the LVT, the installers were sent back promptly and they were corrected. The problem was with a material no longer in use-the McCartney folks were great! Outstanding customer service!
