Mark, Bill and Joan were AMAZINGLY patient with our continuous stream of samples. Mark went above and beyond excellent customer service! He was able to get our new carpet installed one whole month earlier than expected - just in time for the holidays. The installers were knowledgeable, hilarious and fun to have in the house.
