Andrew the tech was perfect and explained what we were doing for Roxie's visit. Dr Michele told me about a shot for Roxie for her Arthritis to help her as she ages and help to support her back legs. I always receive the BEST care when I bring in my Doxies, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Visited Dr. Sarah twice already, both times on a short notice and both times she was extremely helpful, professional, kind and thorough in diagnosing and handling my scared senior cocker spaniel. She has great bedside manner (was good to me too), provides not only medical, but educational support, was quick to respond and even texted me prior to our visit. To be honest the entire reason I go to McCauley is because of Dr. Sarah Bonstead. She is wonderful at explaining what needs to be done with our pets and having a fear based aggressive dog, she and her team are very understanding of his needs and work at his pace. It is evident in the trust she has gained from him. While this clinic is a bit more pricey then others in the area, I appreciate how much care they show my dog. Dr. Sarah Bonstead is wonderful and explains what may be the issue with your pet. She made our dog Maggie feel very at ease and showed her tender care. I am so appreciative to have found such a wonderful doctor, veterinary technicians, and clinic. I've shown dogs for 47 years, and a friend that showed Wolfhounds turned me onto McCauley, The brothers are terrific, but lately, I've seen Dr. Michelle Cutt, and she's outstanding with her manner, diagnosis, and explanation as well as treatment, I am very particular where I take my show dogs. and would only take them to McCauley,(and I know two other people that go there that show) and Normandy An Hospital, and Dr. Boillat at Vet Group. who is rather expensive, McCauley has always been MORE than reasonable in their fees, ... read more

We have been bringing our pets to McCauley for over 10 years and have been very pleased. Now with the addition of urgent care services they offer a complete package. The staff is caring, compassionate and skilled.

Our family just adopted a dog a week ago, and brought it too McCauley for our first visit. We had a bit of a wait with the curbside appointment pickup, but once the tech came out to get our pooch, we found them to be very friendly and thoughtful. The vet called after our dog's checkup and I had a lot of questions. She spent a considerable amount of time talking with me and shared some great information and was very encouraging. Brought both of my labs there today for the first time. Each lab had a few different injuries that they had and we didn't feel comfortable having our prior vet treat. Mike Hoffman and Amy were great with both of our dogs and prescribed very conservative treatment that will heal our dogs. I was very impetigo each caregivers bed side manner.
