After my experience at this clinic i felt compelled to give a detailed review. We have moved around a bit and have seen probably around 6 different vets in the St. Charles area. We have an older dog that recently is experiencing some serious health issues. After a horrible experience at a vet in close proximity we decided to seek a second opinion at our previous vet across town. We took our new kitten here in May 2018. The staff was very friendly, although I don't think our kitten is a fan of the place. We have a puppy joining our family soon and we'll be bringing her here as well. We ended up getting another kitten in October 2018 and once again the staff and vet we saw were great and answered all our questions. We will be bringing home our puppy in 3 weeks (April 2019) and they have already answered many questions regarding puppy care and vaccinations. I highly recommend McCauley Animal Clini... read more

I love the team here! The doctors and staff are great. They show Genuine concern and care for your pets. They really listen and walk you through your treatment options. They always accommodate emergency visit requests and quickly get you in the room and seen. Highly recommend this office.

The staff here is wonderful! I've been going here for about two years and every time im in its a good experience. The staff and doctors seem to truly care about the animals and take their time with the pets. The place is very clean and well kept. I never have to wait too long which is really nice. I would not go anywhere else for your fur babies needs!

What a lovely place! I brought my dog to get yearly shots (we just moved to the area), and it was a great appointment. It started with the ease of making the appointment--I did that online, and waited for a phone call back so they could get more information. The lady who called could not have been nicer. I was able to get an appointment on the day and at the time that I needed. When we arrived, we were immediately greeted. The place was clean and tidy. I have been going to McCauley Animal Clinic ever since I moved to St. Louis. The vets and entire staff are so accommodating and professional. I wholeheartedly trust their care and opinions. They have never steered me wrong.

Our pitbull Vada wasnt feeling well and had a terrible skin infection, thank God it was just allergies! Vada was scared and not very cooperative. The staff was so umderstanding and amazing! The vet tested her and prescribed the perfect medicine to get her back to her crazy healthy self. We will not trust anyone else with our baby ever again!

Convenient appointment times. First visit is free. The vet and the staff took their time during exam and explaining everything. Have had last 3 pets here.
